Prior to this, she served as Chief Coordinator and Counsellor at VSA, where she mentored students, provided academic guidance, and supported aspiring medical students preparing for competitive examinations. Her experience working closely with learners over the years helped her recognize the need for professional career guidance beyond academics.

Academically, Srabana holds an MSc in Biotechnology from Mumbai University and an MBA in Human Resources from NMIMS. She has also completed Global Career Counselling certification through UCLA Extension and Univariety, further strengthening her expertise in career development and student mentoring.

Beyond her professional achievements, Srabana is a published author whose work has appeared in international scientific journals and publications such as The Times of India, Medium, and Tripoto. She has also contributed to social causes and was selected as a core NGO representative to discuss disability upliftment initiatives with the Chief Minister of Goa.
